Stay Positive: by staying positive you always get the best outcome. you always have an optimistic attitude and a happy one swell. 

Meditate: Take some time out of your day even if its only five minutes. relieve the stress that builds upon you through out the day. A couple minutes a day can make a drastic change in your ego and overall look on life. 

Be Thankful: When you wake up everyday say 10 things your thankful for. you were blessed with another day of life so we should be thank full for everything that was given to us.      

Tuesdays With Morrie

In this wonderful story of finding the meaning of life MItch Albom embarks on a journey with his dying professor from college. the two men meet up every tuesday and talk about different aspects of life. they talk about death, emotions, regrets, love and other life matters. i think that the best advice that was given to Mitch by Morrie was to live life in the moment.         

!THRIFTY!

save all the money you can! the more money you have the better right? Daniel Akst tells us in his essay "saving yourself" that saving money is always good and its always ok to resort to other cheaper products weather it be clothing, groceries, or household items. I think that its ok to go to thrift stores and shop sometimes. you can find good stuff for a right price. you can always go to the stores that have the best deals like costco or safeway. for a college student i think saving money is always a great thing because school is not the cheapest thing and all the savings can do some help.

IF I STAY!?!?

If I Stay by Gayle Forman was published by Speak, an imprint of penguin group in 2010. Gayle Forman is an award winning author from Brooklyn, New York. Formans articles have made appearances in magazines like Seventeen and Cosmopolitan. she has a sequel to this book called Where She Went  that was published in 2011. the story If  I Stay takes place in a hospital in the state of Oregon. the main character in this story is Mia and her boyfriend adam, she has a mother and father and a little brother named teddy. through out the story Mia has to make a really big decision that involves death and loosing her family for good after their accident. all this painful decision making happens in a 24 hour period where Mia does a lot of listing and reminiscing. 

my opinion on this book is that you should read it!! If i stay to me was a good  book because the whole plot consisted of tragedy, love, death, memories, family and decisions. i think that Gayle Forman did a really good job with the way the story was told. she had the main character Mia tell the story from outside of her body, like if her soul was the one speaking to you. one strong quote i found in Gayle Formans If I Stay that shows how Mia had had a good relationship with her family is this one where Mia says, "happy to be in the car with my sonata and my family." another quote i found strong in formans If I Stay was this one, "how am i supposed to decide this? how can i possibly stay without Mom or Dad? how can i leave without Teddy? or Adam?" This quote is an clear example of how the book has death and decision making. this book impacted me because it showed me that life is something special that can be taken from us in a matter of seconds, so we must remember to live life to the fullest with the people you cherish and love.

IT SEEMS LIKE THE TOP ADD IS MEANT FOR A YOUNG MAN. THE BOTTOM ADD I THINK TARGETS ADULTS THAT WISH TO DRINK SMOOTH TASTING VODKA SO MAYBE LIKE OLDER PEOPLE. ANOTHER THING THAT IS BEING SOLD ON THE TOP ADD IS SEX APPEAL AND LAUGHTER, AND ELEGANCE. THE BOTTOM ADD IS ALSO TRYING TO SELL STYLE BECAUSE OF HOW THEY ARRANGED THE BOTTLES AND THE COCKTAILS.

ALL THE VIDEOS ARE HELPFUL IN MANY DIFFERENT ASPECTS DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR. IF YOU NEED HELP ON HOW TO BE MORE MOTIVATED, POSITIVE, OR HAPPY HE HAS THE HELP FOR YOU.
