Stay Positive: by staying positive you always get the best outcome. you always have an optimistic attitude and a happy one swell. 

Meditate: Take some time out of your day even if its only five minutes. relieve the stress that builds upon you through out the day. A couple minutes a day can make a drastic change in your ego and overall look on life. 

Be Thankful: When you wake up everyday say 10 things your thankful for. you were blessed with another day of life so we should be thank full for everything that was given to us.

That's a great suggestion about saying 10 things you are thankful for in the morning. I think Morrie would agree with you on that.
